20%康福多浓可溶剂在棉叶、土壤上降解动态及棉花上残留量研究 被引量:3

摘要 康福多田间动态试验按棉花棉蚜发生期,以60ml/667m2 喷施。在棉叶上原始沉积量为1-904 ~2-580mg/kg,半衰期为2-2 ~2-5 天;在土壤中原沉积量为0-101 ~2-037mg/kg,半衰期为7-6~17-7 天,防治二、三、四代棉铃虫,喷药2~3 次,30ml/667m2 、60ml/667m2 ,最后一次施药距收获期为14 天,在棉籽中残留量低于0-05mg/kg。土壤中残留量低于0-165mg/kg。结果表明,康福多在棉叶中降解迅速,在常剂量下。 Imidacloprid 20 OSL was applied at 900ml/ha for control of cotton aphids.Its original accumulation was 1.904~2.580mg/kg in cotton leaves and 0.101~2.037mg/kg in soil.Its half-life was 2.2~2.5 d in cotton leaves and 7.6~17.7 d in soil.For control of the 2nd,3rd,4th generation cotton bollworms,sprays of 450ml/ha and 900ml/ha were each made twice or three times,with an interval of 14 days between the last sprays and harvest.Residue was <0.05mg/kg in cotton seeds and <0.165mg/kg in soil.Results indicated that degradation of imidacloprid 20 OSL was rapid in cotton leaves.Normal dosage of imidacloprid 20 OSL brought light contamination to cotton seeds and soil.
