Analyzed the effect of the speed of carding line on carding quality and objective factors on increasing application of carding line speed. Began with the current situation of increasing carding line speed, we verify the possibility of the growth of speed and production through practical data. Proposed a reference method of classification of carding machine productivity, considering that the change of idea and assorted techniques are the two necessary aspects of increasing application of carding line speed.
