摘要
以布面实物质量检测为要求,介绍了18.2 tex 30/70 T/CJ高档针织纱生产的原料选配、生产工艺流程和设备选型,以及各工序工艺参数的优化、设备运转操作注意事项和在空调等方面采取的相应措施,最终满足了客户对针织纱的质量要求。
In order to satisfy high -demanding request from high -level customer who requests to test the practical surface of fabric as guideline , investigated how to choose and assort raw materials of the knitting yarn production, how to optimize the technological parameter, how to take corresponding measures during operating and handling spinning equipments and air- conditioner, etc.
