实时连续可变配气系统设计研究

摘要 如果希望发动机在高低速情况下都能正常、高效地工作,就必须对配气系统做实时调整。从上世纪80年代开始,各大汽车厂商和研究机构纷纷推出各种类型的"可变气门正时"和"可变气门升程"技术。但这些技术中,大多存在着不能连续柔和工作的缺点,或者结构太复杂。本文中使用特别设计的异形凸轮和轴向可动凸轮轴(或轴向可动凸轮组),配合传感器、ECU达到实时、全程可变气门正时和升程。 If we hope that the engine can work highly effective In the high-low speed situation,we have to do real-time adjustments for the valve system.Started from the 1980s,the major automobile manufacturers and research institutions have been offering various types of"variable valve timing"and"variable valve lift"technology.But in these technologies,the majority cannot work gently continuously,or too complex.With the heteromorphous cam and the Axially movable cam shaft designs specially In this article,coordinates the sensor、ECU to achieve real-time variable valve timing and valve lift.
