摘要
目的观察羟丁酸钠对恩氟烷镇痛、催眠作用的影响。方法 120只受试小鼠随机分为热板法试验组(n=40,均为雌性)、扭体法试验组(n=40,雌雄各半)及催眠试验组(n=40,雌雄各半)。各组再按分层随机区组设计分为生理盐水组(NS组)、羟丁酸钠组(SO组)、恩氟烷组(En组)和羟丁酸钠与恩氟烷合用组(SO+En组),观察给药前后小鼠热板法痛阈(HPPT)、扭体次数(WT)、睡眠潜伏期和睡眠时间的变化。结果与其他各组相比,SO+En组HPPT值显著增大,WT减少,睡眠潜伏期缩短,睡眠时间延长。结论羟丁酸钠与恩氟烷合用对小鼠具有协同镇痛及催眠作用。
Objective To observe the analgesic and hypnotic effects of sodium oxybate combining with enflurane in mice.Methods A total of 120 mice were randomly divided into 3 groups and treated by hot-plate method(n=40,female),stretching method(n=40,male and female evenly) and hypnotic test(n=40,male and female evenly),respectively.All of the three groups were randomly divided into NS group(normal saline),SO group(sodium oxybate),En group(enflurane) and SO+En group(sodium oxybate+enflurane).Pain threshold in hot-pate test(HPPT),writhing times(WT),sleeping latency and hours of asleep were observed.Results Compared with other groups,the value of HPPT in SO+En group increased and the WT decreased,as well as sleeping latency shortened and hours of asleep lengthened significantly.Conclusion Combination of sodium oxybate with enflurane is able to enhance the analgesic and hypnotic effects in mice.
