摘要
狼疮性肾炎(LN)是系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者的主要死亡原因。近年随着免疫抑制剂的应用,LN患者的存活率明显提高,其毒副作用越来越引起关注。本文综述LN的治疗现状,同时展望新的治疗方法,如骨髓移植、生物靶向治疗和血浆置换等。
Lupus nephritis（LN） is a main cause of death in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）.With the wide use of immunosuppressants,the survival rate of LN patients has been increased significantly.However,the more attention on their adverse reactions has to be paid.This review summarizes the drugs used for LN and some new therapeutic methods,such as bone marrow transplantation,biological targeting therapy and plasma exchange.
