本文从工程界的角度综述和论证了PBH检验方法。文中对定理的提法严谨而合乎习惯。证明方法和思路有别于其它文献。
This paer summarized and prored the PBHverification method from the point of view of the engineering circles.The thought of proof and the train of thought are different from other papers.
