文化秩序建构的重心转移与有限激进改革——基于“三方博弈模型”的分析

文化秩序是文化现代化的核心维度,文化秩序的建构、解构及其再建构是体制改革内部规则的外在表征。从博弈论的角度建构"三方博弈"体制模型可以作为30年文化体制改革和当代文化秩序格局的一种分析范式,从博弈力量对比分析可以看出,体制运作机制呈现外在秩序相对均衡但内在秩序失衡的基本格局。因此文化博弈力量"均衡化"的秩序建构应该通过有限激进改革加速重心转移——从外在走向内在、由广度走向深度。这种秩序建构的重心转移有其内在合理性和可行性,有限激进改革有赖于挖掘重心转移的动力、转化变革阻力、寻找合理的突破口。当前秩序调整的重心转移和有限激进改革有利于启动文化体制建构的"后阀值效应",克服文化冲突实现文化和谐。

Cultural order is a key dimension of cultural modernization,and its construction,deconstruction and re-construction are the external representation of the internal rules of the cultural system reform.The construction of a ＂three-dimensional game model＂ from the perspective of game theory is a feasible analytic paradigm for the analysis of the past thirty years＇ cultural system reform as well as contemporary cultural order and pattern.It can be seen that there is a relatively balanced game for the external relationship compared with the internal order.Therefore,a limited radical reform which is both reasonable and feasible is badly needed to accelerate the focuses transition of the cultural order game ＂equilibrium＂ construction,from extent to intent,from breadth to depth.While this limited radical reform and focuses transition depend on how to find a reasonable starting point and make a driving force by the transformation of resistance.This focuses transition and limited radical reform may start the ＂post-threshold effect＂ of cultural order construction,overcome some cultural conflicts and achieve cultural harmony to some extent.
