Editor＇s Desk： Tri-network convergence is becoming a hot topic as interest in 3G, the Internet of things, and cloud computing continues to grow. Most countries now place great emphasis on tri-network convergence and one after the other have prioritized it as a means of developing new strategic sectors. With the arrival of 2011, our magazine has the honor of inviting Mr. Hequan Wu, a telecommunications expert from the Chinese Academy of Engineering to deliver a tri-network convergence in China.
