摘要
运用经济学原理和系统科学的理论与方法,借鉴已有的县级工业研究的成果和经验,分析了旺苍县工业面临的问题,提出了旺苍工业合理发展的指导思想,依据这一思想,建立了10个优化、模拟、预测模型,并制定了旺苍工业的发展战略和规划。
According to the theory and methods of economics and system science,using the existing achievements and experiences of county industry research in China as reference,the problems and choices Wangcang County industry faced,the social-economic environments and the favourable oppor- tunities are analyzed.The guildlines to the reasonable development of Wang- cang County indusdry are put forward.Ten optimizing,simulating and fore- casting models are established based on the guildlines.The development strategies and programmes of Wangcang industry in the near future are presented.
