改性催化剂催化加氢制备苯二胺

Preparation of Phenylenediamine Through Catalytic Hydrogenation by Modified Catalyst

摘要 以粗二硝基苯为原料,甲醇为溶剂,钼修饰的骨架镍为催化剂,实现了低压液相加氢反应制备苯二胺。考察了各因素对加氢反应的影响,确定了加氢反应的最优条件:温度80℃,压力1.2-1.5 MPa,甲醇、二硝基苯、催化剂质量比为50:25:1,催化剂单耗3.6 kg·t-1,二硝基苯的转化率为100%,苯二胺的选择性达到100%。 Preparation of phenylenediamine was studied using crude dinitrobenzene as raw material,methanol as solvent and Raney nickel modified by molybdenum as catalyst at low pressure.The effects of factors on reaction results were investigated and the obtained optimum reaction conditions were temperature 80 ℃,pressure 1.2-1.5 MPa,m(methanol):m(dinitrobenzene):m(catalyst)=50:25:1,catalyst consumption 3.6 kg·t-1.Under above conditions,the dinitrobenzene conversion and phenylenediamine selectivity were 100%.
