摘要
研究了25%甲氰.螺螨酯水乳剂的制备方法。以起始外观、冷藏[(0±2)℃,14d]外观、热贮[(54±2)℃,14 d]外观合格和流动性好为标准,采用阴离子与非离子复配系列乳化剂的方法,确定了最佳的乳化剂体系,并对助乳化剂体系进行了筛选,确定了25%甲氰.螺螨酯水乳剂的最佳配方。其性能测试与药效试验表明,25%甲氰.螺螨酯水乳剂优于25%螺螨酯乳油。
The method for preparing 25%fenpropathrin·spirodiclofen emulsion in water(EW) was introduced.Based on the initial appearance,cold storage [(0 ± 2)℃,7 d] appearance,heat storage [(54±2) ℃,14 d] appearance and flowability,the optimum emulsifier system was determined by optimizing the formulation of anionic and non-ionic emulsifiers.The selection of co-emulsifier system was also examined and the optimum formulation of 25% fenpropathrin·spirodiclofen EW was determined.The results of properties test and efficacy test showed that the efficacy of 25% fenpropathrin·spirodiclofen EW was better than that of 25% spirodiclofen EC.
