摘要
在分析了橡胶材料的弹性理论模型与Mooney-Rivlin本构模型的基础上,针对隔震橡胶块变形的特点,利用ANSYS有限元程序分别建立2种理论的有限元模型,探讨了不同的材料理论模型对隔震橡胶块纵向加载时性能特性的模拟。研究结果表明,2种模型在小变形范围内与已有实验结果符合良好,但相比较而言,Mooney-Rivlin模型具有更高精度。
The elastic model and Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model of rubber material were analyzed.According to the deformation characteristics of isolating rubber block,its FEM models were built by using ANSYS software and the performance characteristics of different theoretical models were simulated when isolating rubber block was loaded along the vertival.The results show that the two models had a good agreement with the experimental results in the range of small deformation,but the Mooney-Rivlin model had a better accuracy.
