摘要
制备了高分子PTC过流保护元件 ,讨论了电流密度、电极结构和电场强度等因素对于元件稳定性的影响 ;研究表明 ,采用面状电极 ,改善电场分布 ,降低元件内的电场强度 ,可以有效地改善元件的稳定性。根据研究结果 ,获得了具有良好稳定性的元件。
Over-current protective elements of polymer PTC are prepared.The influences of some factors, including current density,electrode structure and intensity of electrical field,on element stability are discussed.The result shows that the element stability can be enhanced by using planar electrode,improving the distribution of electrical field and decreasing intensity of electrical field in element.Based on these results, elements with excellent stability can be obtained.\;
