不同肉牛品种杂交组合肥育效果对比试验

Study on Fattening Performance of Crossbredwith Different Beef Cattle Breeds

[目的]为了观察不同品种杂交肉用牛的育肥效果。[方法]试验选择20月龄左右(体重300±20.5 kg)的西杂牛(西门塔尔♂×本地黄牛♀)、利杂牛(利木赞♂×本地黄牛♀)和本地黄牛各20头,以青贮玉米和苜蓿干草为基础粗饲料,经过90d的短期肥育,研究肉牛肥育效果与品种之间的关系,进而分析各项屠宰指标。[结果]表明:西杂牛、利杂牛与本地黄牛相比较,肥育性能和屠宰性能差异极显著(P<0.01);西杂牛与利杂牛相比较,平均日增重和饲料转化率,差异显著(P<0.05);各项屠宰指标以及各分割肉块及其占胴体的比例与遗传因素有一定关系,但差异并不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]推广不同肉牛杂交育肥均具有很好的价值。

【Objective】To observe the fattening effects of different crossbred beef cattle.【Method】Twenty crossbred Simmental Steers（native breed ×Simmenta1）,Limousine Steers（native breed ×Limousine）,and Native Breed aged about 20 months with the body weight of 300±20.5 kg from each breeds were selected in the experiment.Maize silage and Alfalfa hay were as roughage And 3 months of short term fattening were carried out to study the correlation between the effect of fatten and breeds,then to analyze the indicators of the slaughter.【Result】The results showed that crossbred Simmental Steers and Limousine Steers were higher in average daily gain and feed efficiency（P0.01）.Simmental steers had higher daily gain and feed conversion ratio,and the difference was significant.（P0.05）.The proportion of slaughtering indexes and the meat cutting blocks accounted for carcass had a certain relationship with the genetic factors,but the difference was not significant（P0.05）.【Conclusion】 The popularization of hybridization of different cattle had good value.
