建筑节能对于减少建筑自身的能源消耗,缓解国家能源紧缺的局面,确保经济长足发展,社会的和谐稳定,对于建筑业的发展乃至整个社会的可持续发展都具有战略性意义。对建筑节能进行全面、客观的评价非常重要。结合建筑工程自身特点,在建筑能耗分析的基础上,采用层次分析法和模糊数学的相关理论,运用系统工程的思想和方法,将定性分析和定量分析相结合,为建筑节能提供一种较为全面和客观的评价方法。

Building energy-saving owns strategic significance to reduce building energy consumption,ease the country＇s energy shortage,ensure rapid economic development and social harmony and stability,improve the construction industry,and keep sustainable development of society.Therefore,it＇s crucial to conduct a comprehensive and objective evaluation on building energy efficiency.According to the characteristic of construction project,using the way of Delphi,AHP and fuzzy theory,the relative overall and objective conclusion is obtained for building energy efficiency with the method of system engineering,combining the qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis.
