摘要
研究了适合北方地区既有住宅建筑采暖系统综合评价的评价指标,构建了包含经济性、节能性、安全可靠性、环保性在内的综合评价指标体系的初步框架。通过比较国内外建筑节能现有评估体系的内容和特点,对评价体系中有关住宅建筑采暖系统的评价指标进行提炼分析,确定评价指标的来源与依据,并运用层次分析法与群体专家决策相结合的方法对评价指标体系进行权重分配,确定各指标的相对重要性,最后说明了综合评价的实施流程。
Evaluation indexes for the existing residential buildings in the northern area were studied to build the preliminary framework of the heating comprehensive evaluation system being economical,energy conserving,safe and environmental friendly.By comparing the contents and characteristics of domestic and international building energy-saving of existing evaluation systems,indexes for heating system of residential buildings were refined and analyzed,so that the basis and source of evaluation indexes were confirmed.Analytic Hierarchy Process and Expert Group Decision-making method were used to distribute weight to the evaluation indexes and determine the relative importance of each index.The implementation process of comprehensive evaluation was researched.
