摘要
针对高血压人群的特点,分析其科学健身的关键技术,设计相应的运动练习动作,以操舞的形式创编运动与中医养生结合的健身降压操,将运动与对降压有效的经络穴位刺激相结合,改善心血管状态,为高血压人群的科学健身提供安全、有效、简易的锻炼方法。
According to the characteristics of the patients with high blood pressure and the key techniques of scientific body building exercise,we design proper movements for the high blood pressure patients.Base on the dancing and exercising movements and the traditional Chinese medical science,we composed this blood pressure controlling body exercise.It combines all the movements with the stimulation of acupuncture points.With the help of those movements the condition of blood circulation system will improve a lot.Then a safer,more efficient and easier exercise will be presented to the high blood pressure patients.
