Evaluation and Measurement of China's Food Security Based on the Government Control Capability

从政府对粮食市场调控能力角度出发,综合考虑粮食生产、进出口、储存、产业竞争以及消费等特征,构建粮食安全评价指标体系,进而对我国粮食安全状况进行测度与评价,以分析我国粮食安全的主要影响因子,为粮食安全宏观调控提供参考。

From the control capability of government and the characteristic of food production,import and export,store,industrial competitiveness and consumption,this article analyzes the evaluation index system of food security,measures and evaluates the food security situation in China to analyze the main factors of food security,which provide references for macro-control.
