中国农产品加工业集聚与绩效评价

The Industrial Cluster and Performance Evaluating of China' Agro-Processing Industry

借助空间集聚指数、产业集聚结构效益指数、集聚影响指数和产业集聚专门化率对2003～2008年中国农产品加工业12个行业的集聚程度及集聚绩效进行测度与评价。结果表明:中国农产品加工业整体集聚度较高且呈明显上升趋势,但各行业的集聚状况差异明显。劳动密集型和原材料及技术密集型农产品加工业集聚度相对较高且明显上升,而原材料密集型和原材料及资本密集型农产品加工业集聚度相对较低且下降;农产品加工业集聚绩效呈两极分化特征,中西部地区明显优于东部地区。

In use of spatial cluster index,structure and benefit index of industrial cluster,influencing index of cluster and specialization rate of industrial cluster,the paper measures the industrial cluster degree and performance of 12 agro-processing industry from 2003 to 2008 in China.The conclusions are as follows.Firstly,the whole industrial cluster degree of China＇s agro-processing industry is relatively high and reveals a trend of increasing,but different agricultural processing sector＇s cluster degree and their changes are different.The labor intensive,raw material and technology intensive agricultural processing sectors＇ cluster degree is relatively high and reveals an trend of increasing,but that of raw material intensive,raw material and capital intensive agricultural processing sectors is relatively low and reveal an trend of declining.Secondly,the performance of agro-processing industrial cluster is polarized.The central and western regions are better than the east obviously.
