公司治理与商业模式创新路径的选择

Corporate Governance and Path Selection in Business Model Innovation

文章在前人研究的基础上,首先对影响商业模式创新的重要三维因素进行分析,然后建立相应的模型,研究不同公司治理模式对企业商业模式创新路径选择的影响机理。指出公司治理机制通过影响企业商业模式创新动力、风险选择及创新程度(新颖性),从而对商业模式创新路径产生决定作用。

Based on previous researches,this paper starts with a close analysis on the three dimensional factors which greatly affect the business model innovation.Then,a corresponding model is proposed here to study how different corporate governance models would affect the choice of firms＇ business model innovation path.It is indicated that corporate governance mechanism plays a decisive role in business model innovation path selection by affecting the innovation motivation,risk preference and innovation level（novelty） of firm＇s business model.
