石棉尾矿渣负载TiO_2处理含酚废水的影响因素研究 被引量:5

摘要 以煅烧蛇纹石石棉尾矿酸浸渣负载TiO2制备了一种光催化材料,研究了催化材料用量、废水初始浓度、紫外光照射时间、废水pH值对煅烧石棉尾矿酸浸渣负载TiO2处理含废水的影响情况,并探讨了光催化氧化机理。结果表明:一定条件下,催化材料能有效处理含苯酚废水;双氧水的加入有利于光催化降解反应的进行;苯酚的降解是催化材料吸收紫外光产生大量氧化性自由基氧化分解的结果。 Titanium dioxide loaded on calcined acid leaching asbestos tailings was prepared as a type of photocatalytic material for treatment of phenolic wastewater.Photocatalytic materials' amounts,initial concentration of wastewater,ultraviolet light illumination time and pH value of wastewater were researched as main influence factors of photocatalytic degradation rate.Photocatalytic reaction mechanism was studied as well.Results indicated that the photocatalytic material treated the wastewater effectively under some conditions.Oxyful accelerated the process of photocatalytic degradation reaction.Phenolic wastewater degradation was due to massive oxidative free radicals' generation in the process of UV light absorption by photocatalytic materials.
