摘要
目的探讨人端粒保护蛋白1(hPOT1)和p53在胃癌发生发展中的作用及机制。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测53份胃癌组织标本(观察组)及10份正常胃黏膜组织标本(对照组)hPOT1和p53蛋白表达;分析其与胃癌病理参数的关系。结果观察组hPOT1和p53蛋白阳性率均显著高于对照组P<0.05;hPOT1表达与胃癌组织学分型、分化程度及浸润深度有关(P<0.05)。p53表达与肿瘤浸润深度有关,P<0.05;观察组hPOT1与p53蛋白表达呈正相关,P<0.05。结论 hPOT1和p53参与了胃癌的发生、发展;联合检测hPOT1和p53蛋白表达有助于判断胃癌患者的预后。
ObjectiveTo investigate the roles and mechanism of human protection of telomeres(hPOT1) and p53 in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.MethodsThe expression of hPOT1 and p53 protein were detected by SP immunohistochemical method in 53 gastric cancer specimens(observed group) and 10 normal gastric mucosa(control group);the correlation between the indexes and pathological parameters were analyzed.ResultsThe positive rate of hPOT1 and p53 protein in the observed group were both significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.05).The expression of hPOT1 was significantly correlated with histological type,differentiation and depth of invasion in gastric cancer(P0.05).The expression of p53 was significantly correlated with the depth of invasion in gastric cancer(P0.05).The expression of hPOT1 was positively correlated with the expression of p53 in the observed group(P0.05).ConclusionshPOT1 and p53 are associated with the occurrence and development of gastric cancer;combined detection of the expression of hPOT1 and p53 protein plays an important role in predicting the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.
