摘要
目的探讨肝细胞癌血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和有丝分裂抑制因子(p57kip2)表达特征及其在肝细胞癌发生、发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化二步法检测63例肝癌组织、癌旁组织和20例良性肝病组织中VEGF和p57kip2表达。结果肝癌组织中VEGF及p57kip2表达均与癌组织分化程度无关;VEGF高表达者生存期明显短于低表达者,p57kip2高表达者存活期明显长于低表达者;P均<0.05。p57kip2表达与VEGF表达呈负相关(rs'=-0.272 5,P=0.030 7)。结论 VEGF和p57kip2可能参与了肝细胞癌生长过程的调控,与肝细胞癌的发生发展及自然病程有关。
ObjectiveTo investigate the roles of expression profiles of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and mitotic inhibitor/suppresser protein(p57kip2) in the development and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma.MethodsSixty-three carcinoma,63 paracancerous and 20 non-cancerous liver specimens were examined by immunohistochemical Two-steps method for the expression of VEGF and p57kip2.ResultsThe expression of VEGF and p57kip2 in hepatocellular carcinoma were both not associated with the tumor differentiation;survival time was significantly shorter in patients with higher expression of VEGF than that in patients with lower expression,and was significantly longer in patients with higher expression of p57kip2 than that in patients with lower expression(both P0.05).Expression of p57kip2 was negatively correlated with VEGF(rs=-0.272 5,P=0.030 7).ConclusionsVEGF and p57kip2 may participate in the regulating process of hepatocellular carcinoma,which be involved with the development and progression of tumor.
