摘要 [目的]为提高草果产量寻求一种较好的方法。[方法]设置自花授粉、异化授粉和自然条件下未进行人工授粉,研究了人工授粉对草果结实率的影响。采用正交试验,研究了花期使用外源激素和施肥对草果结实率的影响。[结果]人工授粉比大田自然状态下的结实率明显提高,同一处理水平下异花传粉OND结实率高于OOU;自花传粉OOU结实率高于OND。当外源激素和磷肥水平均较高时,结实率达到最大。[结论]在花期进行人工授粉以及使用外源激素能大大提高草果的结实率。 [Objective] The aim of the study was to seek a good way to increase the production of Amomum tsao-ko.[Method] The effects of artificial pollination on the fructification rate was studied by designing self-pollination,cross-pollinatiton and contrast.The effects of exogenous hormones and fertilization on the fructification rate were studied by orthogonal test.[Result] The results showed that artificial pollination made higher fructification rate than natural pollination,in the same condition cross-pollinatiton OND made higher fructification rate than OOU;by contrast,self-pollination OOT made higher than OND.When exogenous hormones and fertilization were higher,the fructification rate was higher.[Conclusion] Artificial pollination in the flowering period and the use of exogenous hormones could greatly increase the rate of fructication.
