摘要
[目的]比较分析云南省不同产地草果(Amomum tsaoko Crevost et Lematre)叶中挥发油的化学成分,为其种属鉴定及进一步开发利用提供参考。[方法]采用气质联用技术研究了云南省4个不同产地(元阳小新乡、上新城乡,蒙自冷泉镇,文山州马关大篾厂乡)草果叶中的挥发油化学成分。从4种草果叶中共分离鉴定了61个化合物。其中9,12,15十-八碳三烯-1醇-的含量最高超过20%。其次,桉叶油醇和棕榈酸含量均超过10%。[结论]草果叶挥发油中组成丰富,可进一步进行开发利用。
[Objective] To analyze the essential oil chemical ingredients of A.tsaoko Crevost et Lemaire from different regions of Yunnan Province,so as to provide references for its genetic judgment and further utilization.[Method] A.tsaoko Crevost et Lemaire samples were collected from Yuanyang Xiaoxin Village,Shangxincheng Village,Mengzilengquan Town,Maguan Damie Village of Wenshan District,and the chemical ingredients of the essential oil leaves were identified through GC-MS.[Result] 61 chemical compounds were identified from 4 kinds of A.tsaoko,Crevost et Lemaire among which the content of 9,12,15-gadusene-1-alcohol was the highest that exceeded 20%,eudesmol and palmitic acid took the second place which covered more than 10%.[Conclusion] There are abundant active ingredients in the essential oil of A.tsaoko Crevost et Lemaire leaf,which deserves further research.
