近20年国内中药不良反应报道分析

A SURVEY OF ADVERSE REACTIONS OF TCM REPORTED IN THE LAST 20 YEARS

通过对１９８０～１９９９ 年６ 月国内２７３ 种医药文献及中国生物医学光盘数据库，手检与机检相结合，对累计报道≥１０ 例中、重度不良反应的中药作汇总分析，结果共集到２７４７ 例中药不良反应，其中１３２例（４．８０％ ）死亡，滥用、误用中毒及过敏是主要原因。总体上中药比西药有不良反应轻的优势，但滥用、误用和制剂质量不佳将消除此优势，中药生产、流通与应用的规范化与法制化势在必行。

We have combined with computer and manual retrieval,almost all the clinical reports,which include at least 10 cases of AR of TCM reported during June 1980 to June 1999 from China Biology and Medical disc (CBM disc) including 273 domestic medical journals except those of Inner Mongoloa,Taiwan and Macao.The cases of TCM used and cases of fatal reactions were listed in descending order.There were 2747 cases of AR of TCM including 132(4.80%) fatal cases. Most of reactions were caused by abuse,misuse and allergy.In normal dosage and usage,the incidence of AR of TCM was less than that of western medicine,but the medication hezards of TCM has been greatly increased in case of abuse,especially the toxic one.Standardization and legality of TCM in production,distribution and application must be enforced.
