莱氏野村菌对甜菜夜蛾3龄幼虫的毒力测定

Detection on the Toxicity of Nomuraea rileyi to the 3^(rd) Aged Larvae of Asparagus Caterpillar

采用喷雾法测定莱氏野村菌不同浓度孢子对甜菜夜蛾3龄幼虫的致病性。结果表明,在4.2×108个/ml浓度下,8d后莱氏野村菌对甜菜夜蛾3龄幼虫的最大致死率达88.57%,其致死中时间为4.25d,致死中浓度为2.43×105个/ml。

The pathogenicity of Nomuraea rileyi sporus at different concn.to the 3rdaged larvae of asparagus caterpillar was determined by spraying method.The results indicated that at the concn.of 4.2×108 /ml,the maximum lethality of N.rileyi to the 3rdaged larvae of asparagus caterpillar reached 88.57% after 8 d and its median lethal time and median lethal concn.were 4.25 d and 2.43×105 /ml resp.
