银滩东区村民参与红树林生态旅游开发的现状及建议

Status and Recommendations of Villagers of the Eastern Silver Beach to Participate in Mangrove Eco-tourism Development

针对红树林开发过程,结合村民的实际情况,尤其是存在的主要问题,提出了村民合理参与红树林生态旅游和保护的设想:进行生态旅游培训,提高村民的参与意识、保护意识;社区居民直接参与景区规划、建设,增加钱袋子,减少纠纷;村民参与经营和管理,提高主人翁意识;村民参与评估和监督。以期为银滩东区村民参与红树林开发的方法、方式提供借鉴。

For mangrove development process,combined with the actual situation of the villagers,especially the main problems,a vision about reasonable participation of villagers and protection of mangrove eco-tourism was proposed： the eco-tourism training to improve the village＇s sense of participation and protection;community area residents directly involved in the planning,construction,increase the pocketbook,reduce disputes;villagers participate in the operation and management,improve the sense of ownership;villagers participate in the evaluation and supervision,so as to provide reference for ways of villagers in Eastern Sliver Beach participating in mangrove development.
