膜法沼气净化数学模型的建立与应用

摘要 通过对膜法沼气净化处理的理论研究和数学推导,建立了采用中空纤维式膜组件净化分离沼气中CO2、H2S组分的数学模型,利用MATLAB数学软件实现了求解。在此基础上,以甲烷浓缩倍数为试验指标,开展了膜法沼气净化模拟效果的正交试验,利用极差分析法和方差分析法考察了膜组件参数、操作条件等因素对沼气净化效果的影响,用以指导生产实际中膜组件的选择和膜分离过程的设计与优化。 Through the gas membrane purification of the theoretical study and mathematical ratiocination,he purification process of biogas mixture utilizing gas membrane separation technology is researched in the aspect of theory.The mathematical model with hollow fiber membrane module which could purify and separate CO2 and H2S from the biogas mixture was erected.The resolution was realized by means of MATLAB programming.On the base of mathematical model,with the CH4 concentration multiple as the test index,the orthogonal experiment was launched to simulation effect of biogas purification utilizing gas membrane separation technology.The influence of several factors such as membrane module parameter and operational condition on biogas purification effect were investigated by adopting range analysis and variance analysis so as to guide the selection of membrane module and design and optimization of gas membrane separation in the actual production.
