摘要
从研究我国节能环保产业运营机制出发,对我国节能环保产业运营机制创新的目标、内容和路径进行了较为深入的分析;在此基础上,从发展机制、投融资机制和激励机制3个方面对我国节能环保产业运营机制进行了创新设计。
Through analyzing the operation mechanism innovation of energy conservation and environmental protection industry,the target,content and path of operation mechanism innovation were analyzed deeply.Based on this,the new operation mechanism were designed from three aspects,namely,development mechanism,financing and investment mechanisms.
