摘要
以移动式不抢险潜坝项目为背景,依据水射流理论研究开发了具有一定缺口的圆形和方形断面桩拔桩器。该拔桩器的箱体由弯曲成弧形的较厚钢板制成,内设10个具有流线型的喷嘴固定在横水管上。该拔桩器工作时在起吊机械的作用下做每分钟上下5~10次的往复运动,利用喷嘴出口的高压水射流破坏桩周围的泥土形成泥浆和产生井孔,减小桩土之间的摩擦力,使桩以很小的力拔出,并保证桩原有结构和强度不发生破坏,可以重复利用,拔桩快,经济效益好。
Pile Extractor with not full circular and square cross section was developed based on non-emergency mobile submerged dam project and the water jetting theory.Its box is made of the curved thicker plates and there are ten streamlined nozzles in it.The device moves 5~10 times up and down per one minute and at the same time the high-pressure water jets from the mozzles damage the soil around the pile to form the mud and produce the hole reducing the friction between pile and soil.So that the pile can be pull out easily.The pile can be reused because its original structure and strength were not changed.The method is high efficiency and economical.
