基于外资利用的产业结构优化升级研究

Study on the Upgrading of Industrial Structure Based on Utilization of Foreign Capital

在分析我国利用外商直接投资现状和我国产业结构的一般情况基础上,实证研究了外商直接投资对我国产业结构优化的影响,指出外资在促进我国产业结构不断优化调整的同时也存在问题,并提出了利用外资促进产业结构升级的相关政策建议。

Based on the analysis of the status of foreign direct investment（FDI）and the general condition of industrial structure in China,the effect of foreign direct investment（FDI）on the upgrading of China＇s industrial structure was analyzed empirically,moreover,It was pointed out that foreign investment could promote the optimization of China＇s industrial structure continuously,however,there were still many problems,finally,the corresponding policies and suggestions for promoting the upgrading of industrial structure by using foreign capital were put forward.
