老年高血压病左室重量与QT离散度的相关性分析

A correlative study on left ventricular mass and QT dispersion in the aged patients with primary hypertension.

目的 :了解老年高血压病患者左室重量与QT离散度 (QTd)的关系。方法 :选择老年高血压病 45例 ,分别测量左室重量指数及QT离散度 (取校正值QTcd)。结果 :左室肥厚组 (B组 )QT离散度明显高于无左室肥厚组 (A组 ) (P <0 0 0 1) ,左室重量指数与QTcd呈正相关 (r =0 678,P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :老年高血压QT离散度增加与左室重量增加有关。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between left ventricular mass(LVM) and QT dispersion(QTd) in the aged patients with primary hypertension.Methods:The corrected QT dispersion(QTcd) and left ventricular mass index(LVMI) were measured in 45 aged patients with primary hypertension.Results:QTcd in group 2(hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy) was significant higher than that of group 1(hypertension without left ventricular hypertrophy)(P<0.001).Linear regression analysis showed that LVMI presented significantly positive correlation with QTcd(r=0.678,P<0.001).Conclusions:An increase in QTd is related to the severities of left ventricular hypertrophy in the aged patients with primary hypertension.
