摘要
以棉花优良品系CD100为材料,通过对比自然开放花朵的雌蕊外膜生长现状,就人工去雄对雌蕊外膜生长的影响进行研究。结果表明,花蕾开花前一天下午到第二天上午,其雌蕊外膜有一个较快的生长速度;而花蕾去雄后,雌蕊外膜基本停止生长,其外膜长度明显短于自然开放花朵;同时去雄还对雌蕊的生长具有抑制作用。
The effect of artificial emasculation on the growth of outer membrane of the cotton's pistil was studied using cotton fine strains "CD100".The outer membrane of natural open flowers grew rapidly from the afternoon of the day before flowering to the next morning.But the membrane hardly grew during this period after the stamen was removed.In addition,emasculation also inhibited the growth of the pistil.
