杜仲内生真菌的分离及其鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Endophytic Fungi from Eucommia ulmoides

从杜仲(Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.)的根、茎、叶中分离得到80株内生真菌,经显微形态特征观察鉴定为14个属,其中根部33株涉及10个属,茎部26株涉及9个属,叶部21株涉及6个属。结果表明,杜仲的不同部位内生真菌的数量、分布和种群存有差异。

Eighty strains of endophytic fungi attributed to 14 genus were isolated and morphologically identified from the roots,stems and leaves of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv..Among them,33 strains of 10 genera were obtained from roots,26 strains of 9 genera from stems,and 21 strains of 6 genera from leaves.The results showed the facts that the quantity,population,and distribution of the endophytic fungi were varied in different tissues of Eucommia ulmoides.
