摘要
蒽在氯仿溶剂或者固态时均能在400~500 nm蓝光范围内发出较强的荧光,可以作为一种蓝光转光剂应用到农膜中;通过小白菜[Brassica campestris L.ssp.chinensis(L.)Makino.var.communis Tsenet Lee]盆栽试验,研究了普通农膜和涂有转光剂的转光膜覆盖下小白菜的产量和营养价值。结果表明,在转光膜覆盖下的小白菜比普通膜覆盖下的小白菜在产量和营养品质方面都有明显的提高,其中维生素C含量比普通膜覆盖下提高了4.37 mg/100g,可溶性糖比普通膜覆盖下的增加了20.8%,这为进一步探讨农用转光膜其他功效奠定了基础。
Anthracene could send out hyperfluorescence within the scope of 400~500 nm in chloroform solvent or solid state.It could be used as a kind of blue light-conversion agent in agricultural film.The growth and nutritional quality of pakchoi [Brassica campestris L.ssp.chinensis(L.) Makino.var.communis Tsen et Lee] were studied by pot experiments.Compared to ordinary plastic sheeting,growth and nutritional quality of pakchoi was significantly increased with the application of blue light-conversion agent,and the content of vitamin C and soluble sugar were 4.37 mg/100g and 20.8% higher than that of the ordinary plastic sheeting respectively.It laid the foundation for further study of agricultural film.
