甲基磺酸乙酯、秋水仙碱对生姜生长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过不同浓度的诱变剂甲基磺酸乙酯(Ethyl methane sulfonate,EMS)和秋水仙碱对莱芜大姜(Zingiber officinale Rosc.cv.Laiwu ginger)和金昌大姜(Z.officinale Rosc.cv.Jinchang ginger)的幼芽根茎进行不同的时间处理,调查VM1代的生长指标表现情况,结果发现多数生长指标均受到显著的抑制作用。同一EMS处理浓度下,抑制作用随着处理时间的延长而增强。4g/L的EMS溶液浸渍处理莱芜大姜及金昌大姜的幼芽根茎3 h,或者0.15%的秋水仙碱溶液浸渍处理莱芜大姜及金昌大姜幼芽根茎3d,其VM1代的株高抑制率均在30%左右,因此这两种处理方法是利用EMS和秋水仙碱处理生姜进行诱变育种的适宜方法。 In order to explore new mutation breeding techniques of Zingiber officinale Rosc.,germinal rhizomes of Z.officinale Rosc.cv.Laiwu ginger and Z.officinale Rosc.cv.Jinchang ginger were dipped with different concentration solution of EMS(Ethyl methane sulfonate) and colchicine for different time.The growth of VM1 generation was investigated.The results showed that most of the treatments had significant inhibition on most of the grouth indexes of VM1 generation of Z.officinale Rosc.cv.Laiwu ginger and Z.officinale Rosc.cv.Jinchang ginger.The inhibition effects increased as the dipping time prolonging in the same concentration solution of EMS.The germinal rhizomes of Z.officinale Rosc.cv.Laiwu ginger and Z.officinale Rosc.cv.Jinchang ginger dipped with 4 g/L EMS for 3 h,or dipped with 0.15% colchicine for 3 days,the plant height of VM1 was reduced about 30%.The two methods of treatment were feasible for breeding new Z.officinale varieties.
