对庆阳地区陇东绒山羊“营养代谢症”的病因分析

Nutritional Analyze of Mineral Elements for Grazing Long-Dong White Cashmere Goats in Qing-Yang Region

针对庆阳地区陇东绒山羊普遍出现的以肌肉萎缩、牙尖外露、被毛粘连、幼畜佝偻等症状为特征的地方性营养代谢病,本试验通过对土壤、血液、被毛中矿物元素含量三方面指标进行测定,探讨羊只的矿物元素营养状况与"营养代谢症"之间的关系。结果表明:虽然摄入的钙、锰等元素基本能满足羊群的代谢需求,但机体缺硒少磷现象严重,且摄入的铁和铜已达中毒剂量,影响了其他元素如锌的吸收。此为造成病症的主要原因。

A series of comprehensive experiments were conducted to investigate the nutritional status of the Long-Dong cashmere goats in Qing-Yang area,which suffered nutritional metabolic disease characterized by muscular dystrophy,sharp teeth exposure,coat adhesion and lambs suffering from rickets.Through local soil evaluation,serum biochemical parameters detection,component analysis of the hair and clinical symptoms observation,the results indicated that the goats undergone severe selenium and phosphorus deficiency,whereas the excessive intake of iron and copper had reached toxic dose which has inhibited the absorption of zinc.Thus caused the disease.
