三种蛋白质饲料对雏鹅生产性能和表观代谢率的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 选用300只健康、活泼的1日龄豁眼鹅(Anser cygnoides Linn.var domestica cv.Wulong),公母各半,体重78.68 g±2.95 g,随机分为3组,分别是添加血粉3.0%组、膨化血粉3.0%组和鱼粉3.0%组,每组5个重复,每重复20只雏鹅,试验期28 d。研究在相同营养水平条件下,相同比例的血粉、膨化血粉以及鱼粉对雏鹅生产性能和营养物质表观代谢率的影响,以及膨化血粉替代鱼粉的可行性。结果表明,与血粉组相比,膨化血粉组与鱼粉组的料重比分别降低了13.28%、14.11%(P<0.05),平均日增重分别提高了18.65%、19.99%(P<0.05),营养物质中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、粗脂肪、粗蛋白质、钙及能量的表观代谢率显著提高,其中粗蛋白质的表观代谢率提高幅度较大,分别为7.45%、8.25%(P<0.05),但膨化血粉组和鱼粉组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明饲养效果以鱼粉组最好,膨化血粉组次之,血粉组最差;以3%的膨化血粉等比例替代鱼粉在雏鹅日粮中是可行的。 300 1-day-old gosling(Anser cygnoides Linn.var domestica cv.Wulong) with body weight of(78.68±2.95)g(females∶male=1∶1) were randomly assigned into 3 groups and each group with 5 replications.3.0% blood meal,3.0% expanded blood meal and 3.0% fish meal were added to the 3 groups respectively at the same nutrient level to study the apparent metabolic rate of different protein-feed diet and their effects on the production performance and to investigate the feasibility of the expanded blood meal on goose.Compared with the 3.0% blood meal group,the F/G in 3.0% expanded blood meal group and 3.0% fish meal group decreased by 13.28% and 14.11%(P〈0.05) respectively,and average daily gain increased by 18.65% and 19.99%(P〈0.05) respectively,the apparent metabolic rate of NDF、ADF、EE、CP、Ca、ME were significantly higher.The apparent metabolic rate of CP in the two groups were 7.45% and 8.25% higher than that of the 3.0% blood meal group(P〈0.05),respectively.But there was no significant difference between the 3.0% expanded blood meal group and 3.0% fish meal group(P〉0.05).It indicated that it was feasible to instead fish meal by expanded blood meal in the goose feed.
