摘要
于2007~2008年对禾花鱼进行人工繁殖试验。结果表明,4月中旬水温达到18℃以上即可开展人工繁殖;绒促性素(1 500单位/kg)+促黄体素释放激素A3(15μg/kg)混合制剂催产效果较好,雌性亲鱼的绝对怀卵量为15.6万~18.6万粒,2008年禾花鱼人工繁殖受精率和孵化率均为90%以上,仔鱼成活率达89.25%。
26 wild Procypris merus were captured from Yangtze River in the summer of 2006,and the study on the technology of their artificial propagation and fry cultivation were conducted in 2007 and 2008.The result showed that the optimum time for artificial propagation of this species was mid-April,when water temperature rose to about 18℃.The optimum combination of oxytocic hormones was HCG(1 500 IU/kg)+LHRH-A3(15 μg/kg).The absolute fecundity was 156,000~186,000;and both the rate of fertilization and hatching were above 90% while survival rate of fry was above 89%.
