微波消解ICP-AES测定紫荆花中常量和微量元素

Determination of Macroelements and Microelements in Cercis chinensis by Microwave Digestion-ICP-AES

用微波法消解紫荆花,以ICP-AES检测紫荆花中的15种常量和微量元素。优化了消解和检测方法,分析了元素和药效之间的关系。结果表明,紫荆花中含有丰富的K、Ca、P、Mg、Na元素,其中元素含量的顺序为K>Ca>P>Mg>Na>Mn>Fe>Zn>As>Cu>Se>Cr>Cd,Ni和Pb元素未检出,紫荆花具有较高的药用价值。

The contents of fifteen macroelements and microelements in Cercis chinensis Bunge were measured by ICP-AES with microwave digestion.The best operation conditions of microwave digestion and ICP-AES were optimized.The relationships between the elements and the efficacy of medicine were also analysed.The results indicated that there were high contents of K,Ca,P,Mg elements in Cercis chinensis;and the sequence of metal elements contents was K〉Ca〉P〉Mg〉Na〉Mn〉Fe〉Zn〉As〉Cu〉Se〉Cr〉Cd;while No Ni and Pb elements were not detected.The contents of elements in Cercis chinensis are in agreement with its medical effects.
