离子色谱法同时测定地下水中5种阴离子的研究 被引量:11

摘要 本文以化学抑制电导-离子色谱法同时测定了地下水中5种阴离子。结果表明,将水样经0.45μm微孔滤膜过滤,经过RP柱处理后连续进样,利用离子色谱仪可同时测定F-、Cl-、NO2-、NO3-和SO42-等5种阴离子。各离子加标回收率在89.1%~112.8%之间,标准曲线的相关系数为0.995 9~0.999 8。该方法具有灵敏、准确和简便等优点,可用于地下水中5中阴离子的同时分析。 Five inorganic anions in groundwater including fluoride,chiorate,nitrite,nitrate and sulfate were determined at the same time by ion chromatograph with suppressed conductivity detection.The results showed that the contents of 5 inorganic anions in water samples were determined after filtered through 0.45 μm filter membrane and separated in RP column.The recoveries ranged from 89.1% to 112.8%,the correlation coefficients were 0.9959 to 0.9998.This method was suitable for simultaneously determining 5 inorganic elements in groundwater due to high senscetivity,accuracy and easy operation.
