摘要
大量试验表明,目前火力发电厂在线氢电导率表测量值普遍存在着氢交换柱附加误差,这种误差主要由树脂再生度低而引起。通过理论推导及相关计算,从理论上定量得出树脂再生度与氢电导率测量偏差之间的关系,并对消除氢交换柱附加误差提出建议:(1)氢交换柱采用变色阳离子交换树脂,以便及时发现失效终点;(2)改变原离子交换树脂柱外浸泡的再生方式,采用合理的工艺对树脂进行动态再生;(3)在线氢电导率表应配备双离子交换柱系统。
A large number of tests shows that the additional error of hydrogen exchange colunm is commonly existing in the measured values of on-line hydrogen conductivety meters in thermal power plants at present,the main cause is due to low regeneration degree of the resin.Through theoritical deduction and related calculation,the relationship between resin regeneration degree and measured conductivity deviation has been theoritically and quantitatively obtained,and recomondations for eliminating the additional error of hydrogen exchange colum being put forward as in the following:1) adopting couler variable cation resin in hydrogen exchange column,so as to timely discover the end point of resin failure;2) changing the regeneration mode of soaking the resin out side the original lon exchange resin column,adopting reasonable technology to carry out dynamic regeneration of the resin;3) a double ion exchange column system has to be equipped for the on-line hydrogen conductivity meter.
