摘要
介绍某电厂410 t/h燃煤锅炉SNCR/SCR联合脱硝系统的脱硝原理、基本构成及应用效果。对运行中出现的如尿素溶液喷孔下方水冷壁腐蚀、冷灰斗积渣、氨分布不均等问题进行分析并采取措施予以防范。测试结果表明,在NOx浓度为247~318 mg/m3的情况下及氨逃逸量不大于5μL/L时,SNCR/SCR联合脱硝系统脱硝效率大于80%。
The denitrification principle,basic structure,and effectiveness in application of hybrid denitrification techonology SNCR SCR on 410 t/h coal-fired boiler in one power plant have been presented,the problems occurred in operation,such as corrosion of water-wall below spraying hole of carbamide solution,deposit of slags in water-cooled ash hopper,and non-uniform distribution of ammonia etc.,being analysed,and preventive measures being adopted.Results of test show that the denitrification efficiency of said hybrid denitrification techonology is greater than 80% under condition of NOx concentration being 247~318 mg/m3,and the escape of zmmonia isn't greater than 5 μL/L.
