摘要
在大部分火力发电机组中,汽轮机四段抽汽在机组正常运行时为汽动给水泵提供工作汽源。但是,在典型的汽轮机四段抽汽联锁保护控制逻辑设计中仅考虑了对汽轮机安全运行的保护,而没有考虑特殊工况下因电网局部振荡引起很多机组汽动给水泵同时失去工作汽源对电网的影响。对此,提出了在机组汽轮机抽汽系统保护控制逻辑设计及机组选型时考虑机组保护控制和电网保护控制的协调性等措施,以消除其对电网运行安全稳定性的影响。
For most thermal power units,the 4 T/H steam extraction is used as the working steam source for turbine-driven feed-water pumps in normal operation condition of unit,but in designing the typical interlock protection logic of 4 T/H steam extraction,only the safe operation protection of turbine was considered,the special conditions,such as the local oscillation in power grid may cause many turbine-driven feed-water pumps to lose steam source at the same time,hadn't been considered,hence,affecting stability of the entire power gird.For this,a series of suggestions and measures for eliminating the said influence upon stability of the power grid have been put forward,so as to strengthen the coordination between the protection control of unit and the protection control of the power grid.
