摘要
为应对国际金融危机毁灭性打击,2009年11月,商务部等六部委发布了《关于促进我国汽车产品出口持续健康发展的意见》,以支持车企金融危机背景下的出口严峻形势,积极应对出现的贸易纠纷。一年多来,中国汽车出口虽无累累硕果,但也多有标志性建树,汽车出口正从"游击战"向"阵地战"转变;从"走出去"向"走进去"转变;从中国制造向中国品牌创造转变;从主动开拓海外市场向借助国家力量开拓海外市场转变,相信我国汽车出口的路子会越走越宽广,成效会越来越明显。
In order to deal with the international finance crisis,in November,2009,six ministries and commissions such as Ministry of Commercial Affairs had issued 'Opinions on Promotes Sustainable and Healthy Development of Chinese Automobile Products Export' so as to support automobile manufacturers under the severe circumstances of financial crisis and to deal with the trade disputes proactively.For more than one year,although Chinese automobile export has not gained much great accomplishment,the automobile industry has established many symbolic achievements.Automobile export is experiencing the transformation from "the guerrilla warfare" to the "position warfare";from "go global" to "go into the overseas market";from "made-in-China" to "Chinese Brand" as well as from "opening up overseas market initiatively" to "drawing support from the national strength".It is believed that Chinese automobile export has a broader prospect and will get more significant achievements.
