Improvement Method of Gear Shift Difficulty on Manual Shift Vehicle

汽车换挡困难影响汽车性能的发挥和正常驾驶。文章从离合、离合操纵、变速器及变速操纵4个方面分析了换挡困难的影响因素,并针对各个影响因素提出改进方法,提出了可行的评价换挡操控性优劣的方法。在设计过程中,以上4个方面是逐一排查换挡困难的关键要素,并通过反复的主观评价和逐步优化,可以取得良好的效果。

Gear shift difficulty influences the performance and normal drive of vehicles.This paper analyzes the effect of gear shift difficulty from four aspects including clutch,clutch control system,transmission and shift lever control system.Aiming at the four factors,this paper puts forward the improvement method and provides a feasible judging method for gear shift performance.During the design process,we can check the above-mentioned key factors aimed at the car of gear shift difficulty one by one,and then evaluate subjectively and optimize gradually.At last,good results can be achieved.
