摘要 汽车轻量化对于降低汽车燃油消耗和减少排放污染起着举足轻重的作用,采用轻质材料是实现汽车轻量化的重要途径。文章详细分析了轻量化技术在现代汽车中的应用,包括铝合金、镁合金、钛合金3种轻合金的特点、轻量化设计技术以及金属成型方法和连接技术,说明了汽车轻量化的意义,对汽车的轻量化技术发展有一定的指导作用。 Vehicle lightweight plays an important role in reducing fuel consumption and pollution emissions and the use of lightweight materials is also an important way of weight reduction.The paper analyzes the application of lightweight technology in the modern vehicles in detail,including the characteristics,lightweight design technology and metal forming and linking technology of aluminum alloy,magnesium alloy and titanium alloy.The results indicate the significance of lightweight,which will exert influence on vehicle lightweight technology,and have guiding role for lightweight technology.
