摘要 微放电效应是空间大功率微波部件的特殊效应之一。文章简要介绍了微放电效应的概念,重点阐述了微放电效应在理论分析及数值模拟、多载波微放电、抑制方法和实验测试等4个方面的研究进展,最后指出了微放电未来发展的趋势。 Muhipactor often occurs to high power RF applications, and in particular space applications. The paper first briefly introduces the concept of muhipaetor, and then the development of multipactor in theory and simulation, multi-carrier, suppression and testing are discussed. Finally, some future tendencies are analyzed.
